Shipping policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipping delays may occur. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3 business days
Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to the United States, Canada. Orders shipped to addresses within the United States typically take 5 business days.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order by clicking the link in that email.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Wild Chase Outdoors is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
